The Houston Police Department continues to strive for excellence by providing the citizens of Houston with the most professional and responsive police department in the nation. With increased active shooter incidents and escalating violent crime, we must ensure police officers are provided the proper training and resources to respond to these situations. Please help us fund a firearms training facility at the Houston Police Academy. This new facility will be dedicated to police training, ensuring the Houston Police Department has adequate resources to administer training and certification for its officers.
